13th International SEAM Conference
Getting Out of Comfort Zone
May 15-16, 2025
Join us for the 13th International SEAM Conference, sponsored by the SEAM Institute, USA and the College of St. Scholastica, Minnesota, USA in collaboration with ISEOR (Institut de Socio- Économie des Enterprises et des Organisations) Lyon, France.
When organizations get too comfortable there is a high probability that they will lose their creative edge. The rut is safe; staying there undermines the push for growth and creativity. In this conference, the focus will be on what happens when organizations stay in the comfort zone, what moves them out of the rut, and the results when they do move.
This year, the conference recognizes a very special moment. Our partner - ISEOR, the Institut de Socio- Économie des Enterprises et des Organisations, Lyon, France - celebrates its 50th anniversary. Part of the conference will be dedicated to the historical landmarks and influence of ISEOR in the field of management. Scholars and practitioners across the globe come together to discuss how SEAM helps organizations get out of the comfort zone.
Scholarly presentations, panel discussions, experts' insights - all of those have a potential to create an engaging learning space to feed the intellectual curiosity of the conference participants. Join us and learn what is new in the field of socio-economic management.
